Coddled eggs? Interesting.

Oh, they’re wonderful, healthy way to eating an egg. Just put them in a pan with boiling water and cover. The steam and hot water cooks them in a flash. Very tasty without the oil.

Hi Keith. I was hoping to do an end of the year wrap up, but I’ve been hostessing family for almost two weeks now. We just watched MI: Fallout the other night and I thought of you.
