Merry Christmas

I like to make homemade corned beef hash and coddled eggs for Christmas. Pumpkin bread, banana bread, French bread–it’s how I get into the spirit of the holiday. Merry Christmas from Jim and I.

    1. Oh, they’re wonderful, healthy way to eating an egg. Just put them in a pan with boiling water and cover. The steam and hot water cooks them in a flash. Very tasty without the oil.

  20. Hi Keith. I was hoping to do an end of the year wrap up, but I’ve been hostessing family for almost two weeks now. We just watched MI: Fallout the other night and I thought of you. I was happily surprised you had it ranked as your number 1 movie of the year; I would have had it in my top ten, for sure. Thanks for the good wishes and I hope to be back blogging soon.
