Telluride, Colorado is one of the prettiest places on the planet. It feels like I’ve gone to the Alps, but it’s only eight hours away. This picture was taken back in 2015. It reminds me it’s time for a revisit. Maybe next fall…

This is a beautiful picture, Cindy.
Thanks, Robbie. I stood in the middle of the road to take it. Everywhere you looked, the grandeur was eye-popping.
Beautiful time of year: snow-capped mountains and crisp fall air…
Yes, if you could choose spring or fall, I think the majority of people would pick fall, eh?
I think so, because the vistas are spectacular and the snow is an added bonus!
Well I have to say it is more impressive than Beetley, Cindy. 🙂
Nice photo indeed.
Best wishes, Pete. x
It’s not in my back yard; I have to drive a distance to get there. It’s super expensive. I wish I could move there. But alas, I live on a mere teacher’s salary.
Ah wow, the air must be incredible
It looks like a postcard!
I know! It is that glorious.
Hmmmm … looks a lot Fall in Alberta.
Same mountain range! Do you have snowfall yet?
We had a ton the other day. Our mandatory warning. Back to Fall now.
Spectacular! I used to love flying over Colorado too. It looks impressive from the air. 🙂
I feel the same way when I fly over the Grand Canyon. Yes, the Rockies are amazing. Thanks, Ian.
A beautiful picture, well done!
Thanks, John. It is a heavenly place.
The peaks of trees and mountains speak to each other, transcending the distance between them
I love Aspen groves. A singular unit, speaking to each other, connected. In the mountain ranges, you can’t help but hear their energy.
Is there anything more beautiful than nature?
Oh Cindy, what a beautiful picture!
Breathtakingly beautiful. Thank you, Cindy!
My pleasure, Jennie.
Stunning! Don’t you love how the sunlight makes the fall colors glow?
Yes, I do! Thanks, Keith.
Such beautiful picture!
Welcome, and thank uou😊
This reminds me of a puzzle I owned as a child and absolutely loved packing.
That is a cool memory. I remember drawing it from my imagination.
That is a cool response. I used draw this image in my mind as a kid.
it is always a pleasure looking at natural wonders through your eyes.
Well, thank you my friend. 😊
Welcome! Thank you.
Whoa! Simply a beautiful photo! It begs for Virginia Woolf’s “And all the lives we ever lived and all the lives to be are full of trees and changing leaves…”
Well said. I love VW.
